Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or 2+ years of prior relevant experience in lieu of a High School Diploma/GED (at career level B1)
  • Ability to speak and read English and Spanish (at career level B1)
  • High school diploma or GED and 1+ years of prior relevant experience or 3+ years of prior relevant experience in lieu of a High School Diploma/GED (at career level B2)
  • Ability to speak and read English and Spanish (at career level B2)
  • High school diploma or GED and 3+ years of prior relevant experience or 5+ years of prior relevant experience in lieu of a High School Diploma/GED (at career level B3)
  • Ability to speak and read English and Spanish (at career level B3)

Responsibilities

  • Enter, maintain, and review applications in the program application and benefit processing platforms.
  • Take and process updates to online program applications.
  • Maintain knowledge of eligibility requirements, and customer service processes & procedures.
  • Communicate and resolve application disputes.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to program participants in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance.
  • Process applications for the Benefit Programs in accordance with all applicable program rules and regulations.
  • Manage assigned workload with the provided tools and resources.
  • Perform other duties, tasks, and special projects as assigned.
  • Providing back-up support to other Application Review Analysts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree.
  • PC skills in a Windows environment.
  • Knowledge and utilization of desktop applications to include Word and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented and flexible.
  • Ability to successfully prioritize and self-manage.
  • Excellent strategic planning, management, and implementation skills.
  • Innovative, motivated, and able to lead by example.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
