Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or 2+ years of prior relevant experience in lieu of a High School Diploma/GED (at career level B1)
- Ability to speak and read English and Spanish (at career level B1)
- High school diploma or GED and 1+ years of prior relevant experience or 3+ years of prior relevant experience in lieu of a High School Diploma/GED (at career level B2)
- Ability to speak and read English and Spanish (at career level B2)
- High school diploma or GED and 3+ years of prior relevant experience or 5+ years of prior relevant experience in lieu of a High School Diploma/GED (at career level B3)
- Ability to speak and read English and Spanish (at career level B3)
Responsibilities
- Enter, maintain, and review applications in the program application and benefit processing platforms.
- Take and process updates to online program applications.
- Maintain knowledge of eligibility requirements, and customer service processes & procedures.
- Communicate and resolve application disputes.
- Provide expertise and guidance to program participants in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance.
- Process applications for the Benefit Programs in accordance with all applicable program rules and regulations.
- Manage assigned workload with the provided tools and resources.
- Perform other duties, tasks, and special projects as assigned.
- Providing back-up support to other Application Review Analysts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree.
- PC skills in a Windows environment.
- Knowledge and utilization of desktop applications to include Word and Excel.
- Detail-oriented and flexible.
- Ability to successfully prioritize and self-manage.
- Excellent strategic planning, management, and implementation skills.
- Innovative, motivated, and able to lead by example.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
