Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2 to 4 years experience in HR management, with a focus on strategic business partnering
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and managing organizational change
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a high-performance culture
  • Partner with senior management to identify talent needs, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Lead and mentor HR Generalists, providing guidance on HR best practices, employee relations, and conflict resolution
  • Collaborate with department heads to address organizational challenges, promote teamwork, and enhance employee engagement
  • Drive performance management processes, including performance coaching, talent development, and career planning
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, assess organizational effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Lead change management initiatives and facilitate organizational development interventions to support business growth and transformation
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including employment laws, labor relations, and diversity initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Workday and data analysis tools
