Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
2 to 4 years experience in HR management, with a focus on strategic business partnering
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and managing organizational change
Bilingual – English/Spanish
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions

Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a high-performance culture
Partner with senior management to identify talent needs, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives
Lead and mentor HR Generalists, providing guidance on HR best practices, employee relations, and conflict resolution
Collaborate with department heads to address organizational challenges, promote teamwork, and enhance employee engagement
Drive performance management processes, including performance coaching, talent development, and career planning
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, assess organizational effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement
Lead change management initiatives and facilitate organizational development interventions to support business growth and transformation
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including employment laws, labor relations, and diversity initiatives
