Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
- Professional programming experience in at least two or more of the following languages: JavaScript, Python, PHP, Ruby, Java, Objective-C, C#, Kotlin, Swift, etc.
- Independence and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and planning skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with clients to review, discuss and resolve technical issues across multiple projects daily
- Write, modify, review, optimize, and debug code across various technologies
- Assist in testing and quality control activities
- Manage and resolve client support cases, ensuring timely and effective solutions
- Document and communicate incremental product improvements to enhance client applications
- Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with clients and internal teams
- Display flexibility and good judgment, shifting between multiple technologies and clients throughout the day
- Self-manage time and priorities, balancing client requests with internal initiatives such as backlog work, app documentation, and skill development.
