Requirements
- Experience in Outside Sales
- Experience in One-Call-Close in a residential In-Home environment
- Texas State Plumbing License (Apprentice License with Drain endorsement, Tradesman or Journeyman) preferred
- Experience in Sewer Sales preferred
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers
- Drive to sales locations and meet with current and potential customers in their homes
- Evaluate and present options to customers
- Commit to relationship selling and earning repeat business
- Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals through top performance and excellent customer service
- Utilize closing skills to maximize earnings in an uncapped commission opportunity
Preferred Qualifications
- Texas State Plumbing License (Apprentice License with Drain endorsement, Tradesman or Journeyman) preferred
- Experience in Sewer Sales preferred
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking highly preferred
