Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required: Accounting or Finance preferred
- 5+ years of relevant job experience
- Management experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with different departments, present findings, and explain complex accounting issues
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong work ethic and team player attitude
- Proficiency using the Wide Orbit billing system
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach a team of Billing Operations Coordinators
- Oversee the preparation and review of daily linear and digital log reconciliations to confirm accurate billing against scheduled programming
- Manage the end-to-end billing cycle, including electronic billing through Wide Orbit and manual co-op billing
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of incoming payments (checks, wires, ACH) to the correct accounts and invoices
- Review and validate the log reconciliations, billing, and cash application, ensuring all entries are accurate and properly recorded
- Additional duties as assigned
