Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience from investment banking, private equity or private credit with a focus on Technology
- Experience in analyzing financial statements and conducting due diligence
- Exceptionally strong financial modeling skills
- Strong organizational and process management skills
- Strong communication skills, a demonstrated ability to write effectively
- A desire to work in a team environment, and the ability to think and work independently
Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of the investment process from initiation to close
- Conduct financial analysis
- Execute transactions, including meeting and interacting with management teams as part of the due diligence process
- Perform industry research and competitive analysis
- Handle legal documentation and drafting of memoranda for internal and external use
- Work on numerous projects at a time in various private investment opportunities, with a focus on Software
