Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Education must be obtained through an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
- RN License required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Two years of experience in progressively responsible healthcare leadership positions.
- Five years of clinical experience.
- Experience in budget development and management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Managing day to day operations and ensuring that excellent patient care is provided.
- Developing, managing, and achieving budgetary and financial objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with patient safety initiatives and regulatory bodies.
- Maintaining knowledge of new procedures, policies, regulations, and technologies in BMT/Cellular Therapy.
- Responsible for recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction.
- Evaluating staff competency through performance reviews and peer reviews.
- Working closely with facility hospital leadership and other key stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (Business or Health Administration).
- Experience or background in Oncology
- Experience with FACT accreditation surveys
- BMTCN or OCN
