Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Marketing, Communications or Journalism experience within a corporation or agency.
  • Demonstrated ability writing customer-facing messages for a target audience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve a high level of output and outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal communication and project management skills.
  • Keen brand insight and intuition, strong storytelling skills and exceptional written communication skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects, including managing multiple external and internal stakeholders across different departments and functions.
  • The ability to synthesize information and messaging into easily understood content that resonates with multiple audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team.
  • Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to the above skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create best-in-class customer experiences that build brand loyalty.
  • Craft and refine engaging, relevant content across all marketing channels that resonates with key audiences and relates to their unique circumstances.
  • Work closely with Consumer Insights to develop a deep understanding of key consumer groups and how they interact with us.
  • Leverage learnings from market research, competitive intelligence and call listening sessions knowledge to advocate for the customer and develop engaging content throughout the customer journey.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use metrics to continuously optimize and test content.
  • Collaborate with marketing and retail departments to develop and optimize customer and employee campaigns.
  • Partner with multiple top-tier creative, advertising and media agencies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating and editing content for videos, texts, apps, email and web.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and platforms to maximize efficiency and scale content.
