Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design workflows.
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing CX-focused designs, including case studies, reports, and event collateral.
- Demonstrated ability to create designs that resonate with customers and drive engagement.
- Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly CX or customer success.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring assets are polished, error-free, and on-brand.
Responsibilities
- Create assets that strengthen client relationships and loyalty, such as Client Spotlight Materials, Loyalty Program Collateral, Onboarding Materials, Client-Focused Campaigns, Website Marketing Enhancements, and Social Media Campaign Assets.
- Collaborate with the CX team to create materials that improve client retention, such as benchmark studies, monthly newsletters, and engagement-driven content.
- Design visuals for client-facing events, such as webinars, regional dinners, and trade shows.
- Create marketing collateral that fosters community engagement, including branded swag and event follow-up materials.
- Own the end-to-end design process for CX-focused projects, ensuring assets meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with the CX team, Head of Marketing, and other stakeholders to align designs with retention and engagement goals.
- Partner with the video editor and content manager to ensure cohesive storytelling and design across all channels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
