Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of overall brand/marketing experience.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication & presentation skills – able to articulate the brand POV and gain alignment across the organization.
- Strong creative nature & ability to deliver creative feedback rooted in strategy.
- Expert collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Ops, Data Analytics, Legal, Culinary teams), external partners and ability to manage up to internal leadership stakeholders.
- Experience managing agency relationships, contracts & budgets.
- Business acumen – understanding of how to build a calendar strategy to deliver against short- & long-term sales goals.
- Proven ability to monitor brand promo performance and track KPIs for optimizations and future learnings.

Responsibilities
- Lead the project management and execution of campaigns and promotions for national Marketing initiatives inclusive of annual calendar planning/management, new Food and Beverage menu items/LTO’s and other key traffic driving initiatives.
- Oversee the development and execution of best-in-class creative delivering against the brand positioning. Focus on integrated plans across paid and owned channels for a cohesive consumer experience.
- Work cross functionally with all channel owners and other departments to execute 360 campaigns.
- Partner with the Brand Director to lead an integrated team of agencies, specifically managing weekly status meetings, project updates, briefings and creative execution. Share consumer and business insights, ensuring agencies are tracking towards annual brand growth objectives.
- Key partner for creative agency on development of 360 plans and communication strategy. Manage day-to-day business fostering a strong relationship between Main Event & broad agency team.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and roll out new menu items and promotions that align with brand positioning, marketing calendar and customer preferences.
- In partnership with culinary, conduct market research and analysis to identify culinary trends and opportunities that impact the business.
- Assist in maintaining the marketing budget, invoicing, period closings and the annual budgeting process for marketing expenditures.
- Develop presentations, creative campaign overviews, performance recaps, and other materials for internal and external meetings.
