Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated strength in marketing competencies with particular strength in positioning, brand development, innovation project leadership.
- Proven ability to develop and implement both strategic and tactical initiatives. Ability to focus on long-term and short-term needs simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership in project management and brand management. Ability to take creative ideas and ground them in the brand’s strategy and back them up with strong business cases on consumer and customer research.
- Teamwork, project management skills and creativity a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and creative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, social media applications.
Responsibilities
- Maintain brand integrity and compliance of brand and creative guidelines across all marketing materials and platforms, and all other internal and external communications as they pertain to the UFC brand.
- Establish strong relationships with key teams, including global partnerships and consumer products, to deliver timely, thorough brand feedback on various executions and initiatives.
- Manage review and approval process to ensure brand and creative team stakeholders have all necessary materials to streamline feedback and approval efficiently.
- Serve as the point of contact for all company-wide email marketing initiatives, dealing with communication, execution, and reporting.
- Maintain global email marketing calendar and documentation.
- Support broader UFC marketing and brand initiatives that align with the company vision and strategy. As strategic changes evolve, ensure consistent market execution is developed, communicated, and maintained.
- Measure and report performance of brand marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas, including but not limited to consumer products, global partnerships, UFC Fight Pass, creative, and corporate communications to support company initiatives.
- Assist with identifying market research to support marketing and brand initiatives.
- Provides advice and counsel to senior business leaders about strategic opportunities to grow the UFC brand and our financial results.
