Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or CPA preferred
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and concepts
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software like NetSuite
Responsibilities
- Execute accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies for 3-4 assigned Brands
- Prepare and review financial statements, flux explanations, and intercompany reconciliations while supporting financial audits and corporate cost allocations
- Supervise and train offshore accounting staff, fostering professional development and accuracy in general accounting and accounts payable functions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations, IT, FP&A, FinOps, and Revenue Cycle teams to ensure seamless financial processes and integration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NetSuite, Big 4 or national/regional firms, and multi-location or healthcare organizations is preferred
- Offshore team management experience is a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
