Requirements
- Currently enrolled at HBCU or PBI in an undergraduate program with a target graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or related field.
- Must be 21 years of age at time of internship.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate complex issues and conduct root cause analysis to resolve problems.
- Must be able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Through this internship, you’ll get exposure to business-critical projects, data analysis and strategy development, while working with cross functional team members in sales, field marketing, finance, etc.
- Lead in the development and delivery of business analysis and sales strategy related projects to drive business growth.
- Work closely with commercial sales leadership and team to ensure effective communication, project delivered on time and in full and future execution of project recommendations.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and other cross functional partners to identify business opportunities.
- Other projects as assigned.
