• Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
• Written, oral, and verbal English proficiency is required
• Ability to complete, pass, and maintain trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests
• Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
• Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
• Embody the culture of Dutch Bros and prioritize relationships
• Ensure consistency in service by delivering speed, quality, and accuracy
• Maintain a positive attitude and radiate kindness in interactions
• Show up to work on time and communicate availability needs
• Support teammates as needed
