Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a professional work environment
- Experience with the DoD
- Experience with PPBE planning processes
- Experience with resource management and acquisition processes
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Create a financial management strategy to help DoD cybersecurity activities succeed
- Work with task leads to develop an actionable plan for securing funding
- Ensure funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with project management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise-level budget planning, justification, and certifications, including priority trade-offs
- Experience with the DoD PPBE tools
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and cybersecurity programs
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition programs
- Knowledge of the issue paper process or justification of funding
- Ability to balance multiple workstreams and work collaboratively across teams
- Ability to communicate clearly via verbal, written, and visual means
