Requirements
- Requires a BS/BA degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Responsibilities
- Supports tracking, development, approval process and completion of company initiatives and Government or Commercial business growth projects and initiatives related to provider communications.
- Supports development of new and innovative programs for standard communication distribution and format.
- Supports tracking, development and completion of company initiatives and Government or Commercial business growth projects and initiatives related to member and provider communications.
- Facilitates approval process and recommends distribution channels for optimal impact.
- Leads highly complex, multi-state, multi-line of business communications to support Enterprise and Cost of Care initiatives.
- Managing and originating provider facing material; including: content development and technical writing, and overseeing approvals from inception to completion.
- May require taking business issue and devising best way to develop appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data that will translate business requirements into usable decision support tools.
- May make recommendations based upon data analysis.
- Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Medicaid experience is preferred.
