Requirements
- One year of experience working in food service
- One year face-to-face guest service experience
- Experience working in high-volume restaurant
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner
- Clean and sanitize all equipment
- Keep floors free of debris and spills
- Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the property
- Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
- Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
- Retrieve orders from the warehouse and stock storeroom
- Assist with proper stock rotation
- Run food to tables as needed or requested
