Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in Commerce, Information Technology, Digital Technology or Engineering
- Strong digital mindset to identify areas where technology and data can be leveraged to scale the business
- Experience in business analysis, digital transformation or similar role
- Experience and/or certification in business analysis, project management or process improvement
- Strong people and communication skills
- A desire to be an agent of change within the organization
- Customer Portal, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Databases
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and process mapping tools (e.g. SQL, PowerBI, Excel, Visio)
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and optimizing business processes and systems
- Requirements gathering, by interacting with stakeholders
- Coordination and management of projects (depending on scale of project)
- Collaboration with business, project manager and DT during all phases of the project
- Participation in validation of the proposed solution
- Leading and coordinating testing activities
- Supporting Organizational Change Management
- Transformation of systems such as SAP, CRM, Customer Portal and databases.
