Requirements
- 4+ years of business or data analyst experience
- Demonstrated successes in data analysis, drawing conclusions and improvement.
- Expertise in BI, data science, computer science, econometrics, operations research, statistics, Information Management.
- Expert level skills in MS Excel.
- Working experience in BI tools (PowerBI and/or Tableau), querying databases (SQL), ETL tools (PowerQuery and/or Alteryx) and bulk data manipulation.
- Unrestricted, permanent authorization to work in the U.S. is required (green card)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an integrated data model incorporating data from multiple service lines to be used to develop outputs to support service line and account delivery.
- Perform proactive exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, insights for performance improvement, client financial impacts and to challenge portfolio decision making.
- Devise and promote creative data visualization to show thoughtful, fit-for-purpose insight to client on a proactive basis.
- Supporting on account business line organizations with all data requirements and develop methods to improve data collection, data cleaning and metric calculation, ensuring the data is accurate and fit for purpose.
- Provide trainings on technology tools and processes to JLL employees and client when necessary.
- Respond to ad hoc requests, projects, and other activities as required from account leadership or service line leads.
- Perform complex analyses leveraging advanced analytical techniques and big data environments / capabilities where needed.
- Leverage industry tools (e.g.PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx) and proprietary tools (i.e., Lighthouse) to assess data quality and assist to resolve data quality problems.
- Assist with big data clean-up activities in relation to critical data sets e.g., property, finance, energy & asset data.
- Work with business line data stewards and other stakeholders to identify remediation actions when Critical data quality falls below the accepted threshold.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an enterprise environment across multiple application systems and business functions with depth of experiences in financial analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree.
- Working experience in analytical toolkit, such as R or Python.
- Working experience in Project and Financial Forecasting.
