Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience Business Analyst supporting Account Management or Sales
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to client accounts, including performance metrics, enrollment and utilization trends, benchmark data, and customer feedback
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify and analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies to inform decision-making and strategy
  • Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs, challenges, and objectives
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve account strategies and client satisfaction
  • Assist in the development of account plans and performance reviews
  • Support account managers in client meetings and presentations by providing relevant data and insights
  • Evaluate existing processes and systems related to account management and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead or support projects related to account management, including system implementations, process changes, and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends and best practices in account management
