Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience Business Analyst supporting Account Management or Sales
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to client accounts, including performance metrics, enrollment and utilization trends, benchmark data, and customer feedback
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify and analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies to inform decision-making and strategy
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs, challenges, and objectives
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve account strategies and client satisfaction
- Assist in the development of account plans and performance reviews
- Support account managers in client meetings and presentations by providing relevant data and insights
- Evaluate existing processes and systems related to account management and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead or support projects related to account management, including system implementations, process changes, and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Knowledge of industry-specific trends and best practices in account management
