Requirements
- 2+ years of claims operational support, project management and/or experience in IT delivery/implementation preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of claims and/or insurance related systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate technical information in a business-friendly manner
- Ability to manage multiple and multi-faceted stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Acts as a team member to ensure project continues to align with project charter and business cases.
- Collaborates with stakeholders at all levels, in the conduct of investigations for strategy studies, business requirements specifications and feasibility studies.
- Contributes to the investigative work and creation of the technical solutions.
- Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition and prioritization activities for initiatives of medium size and complexity.
- Develops test scenarios and test cases for use in system and integration testing.
- Ensures test results are documented, reported to stakeholders, along with any risks or issues, and are available for specification of user instructions.
- Occasionally required to work late evening and weekends as needed.
- Selects appropriate business analysis methods from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches.
- Specifies and develops test scenarios to test that new/updated processes deliver planned efficiencies and business benefits.
