Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with a degree and a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience working in a business analyst role.
  • Strong interest in data manipulation and problem solving
  • Ability to multitask – is consistent, dependable and accurate. Ability to prioritize daily workflow to effectively meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills – ability to effectively exchange ideas and information or influence others with a high level of professionalism.
  • Must be detail oriented and recognize errors in numbers, spelling, grammar and punctuation. Must demonstrate good follow-through skills to ensure a successful end result.
  • Strong team player mentality- willing to pitch in and help other team members and leaders as necessary. Flexible and highly adaptable.
  • Ability to tolerate peak workloads and maintain flexibility and composure in a high volume, high-intensity environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent PC skills –Advanced knowledge of Excel. Experience utilizing pivot tables, PowerBI and SQL are helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an extensive understanding of client data and resources to utilize across the department
  • Gather and analyze data to drive business opportunities
  • Influence collaborators to support business projects
  • Work with Excel, PowerBI and SQL to create and maintain reports for leadership, including visuals to present information efficiency
  • Accurately complete monthly reporting for client resource usage.
  • Drive data integrity of CRM system. Ensure client records are maintained and accurate through data checks.
  • Identify automation opportunities
  • Create and enforce best practices for process efficiency.
  • Administrative support for the department, including office/facility logistics and communication.
  • Develop and grow relationships with associates across the department including Sales, Trading, Research, Corporate Access, Conference Services, Equity Capital Markets Desk.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SIE, Series 7 and 63 are a plus within first few years.
