Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Quantitative Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
- Experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using Python or coding languages (e.g., R, Java, C++).
- Experience in developing dashboards and reports to support customer-facing users and executive users.
- Experience in analyzing data and sharing insights with leadership.
Responsibilities
- Create reports on overall program performance and key metrics.
- Analyze program performance to explain performance variations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop analyses through automation to empower front-line partner managers.
- Build and manage dashboards for leadership.
- Create presentations to inform leadership of insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a Quantitative field.
- Experience in developing automated solutions to empower customer-facing teams (e.g. automated insights/recommendations, assignments and segmentation).
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM solutions.
- Experience working as part of a Sales or Partnerships operations team.
