Responsibilities
- Work as a key member of the Software Services Team to support customer implementations.
- Capture and translate customer needs into clear and concise business process documentation, including user stories, workflows, and functional requirements.
- Analyze complex business challenges, providing clarity and structure where ambiguity exists, while working closely with Program Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to design and deliver impactful solutions.
- Partner with customers to configure software systems tailored to their business objectives.
- Assess feasibility, impact, and cost of proposed solutions, including change management considerations, to ensure successful implementation.
- Apply outcome-driven thinking to make strategic trade-off assessments that optimize results for customers and stakeholders.
- Design, administer, and document functional acceptance tests to validate software performance and usability.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training plans and materials to empower both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate across departments to drive company-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment and maximizing value delivery.
