Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn and adapt in a constantly evolving business landscape.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analyze business trends, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Work with the Strategic Planning Director to develop and execute go-to-market strategy and initiatives inclusive of sales and marketing content, design of sales campaigns, enablement of ‘one to many’ sales channels and driving of our sales pipeline.
- Create clear, concise, and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for external client/sales consumption, as well as to key internal stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Present data and insights in a way that aligns with the audience’s needs and objectives.
- Respond to RFP’s and RFI’s, inclusive of research and development of responses.
- Plan, organize, and execute projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure project success.
- Partner with team members and other peers to manage projects and their progression while helping to drive and deliver updates and improve efficiencies where applicable.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge through training, research, and networking.
