Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of work experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with (i.e., SQL/PLSQL, JIRA)
- HS Diploma / GED
Responsibilities
- Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems
- Assess the business model and its integration with technology
- Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution
- Research, gather, and synthesize information
- Perform independently and become an SME
- Participate/contribute in team discussions
- Provide solutions to work-related problems
- Develop innovative strategies for optimizing business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations
- Lead training sessions to enhance team members’ understanding of business processes
