Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter is required.
- Advanced level of proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) is recommended.
- Business Process Analysis Tools, Business Process Design, Requirements Analysis, and Agile Scrum Development at an advanced proficiency level are suggested.

Responsibilities
- Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems.
- Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
- Research, gather, and synthesize information.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop innovative strategies for business process analysis and design.
- Lead cross-functional teams in agile scrum development projects.
- Utilize Informatica PowerCenter to optimize data integration processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for business solutions.
- Implement IT Service Management best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
