Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 1-2 years’ experience OR applicable work experience; master’s degree preferred.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience using other analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python, Access, etc. preferred.
- Strong quantitative & problem-solving skills including analytical modeling and insight generation.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to identify, assess, forecast, and mitigate compliance risks within DaVita’s Revenue Operations.
- Design and implement comprehensive programs that address identified risks.
- Stay abreast of evolving healthcare practices and laws as well as internal standards.
- Partner with various teams, including Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Operations, to promote a cohesive approach to risk management.
- Break down complex problems into digestible pieces; develop robust approach to solve; challenge status quo operations to identify transformative change.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Master’s degree preferred.
