Requirements
- Business degree (honors bachelor’s degree in business administration, B. Comm. or MBA)
- Other undergraduate degrees combined with CFA designation, or commercial banking experience
- Demonstrated experience in sales or relationship management
- Strong analytical & organizational skills (skill assessed during the interview process)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide solutions based on credit, deposit and cash management needs that differ from client to client
- Undergo eight to ten months of hands-on training in a Commercial Banking Center
- Participate in three classroom training sessions
- Complete online training and self-service learning plans
- Learn about credit approval for different sectors and how to meet client needs
Preferred Qualifications
- CFA designation
- Commercial banking experience
