Requirements

  • Strong understanding of crypto communities and deep understanding of the communities you’re involved in.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a similar role, preferably within the tech, blockchain, or financial services industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to take initiative, adapt quickly, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on potential partnerships and market trends within the blockchain, digital asset, and Web3 ecosystems to support business growth strategies.
  • Identify and qualify prospective partners and clients through various channels, including outreach efforts, industry events, and networking.
  • Assist the Business Development team in maintaining relationships with current partners, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to succeed.
  • Help in preparing presentations, proposals, and other business development materials that align with Plume’s strategic goals.
  • Track and report on business development metrics, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to support partner success and ensure alignment on key initiatives.
  • Manage schedules, update CRM tools, and coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
