Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, including architecture/design.
- At least 1 – 2 years of professional experience in a client-facing role.
- Friendly and personable demeanor, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong networking skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Principal, Business Development in creating and implementing sales strategies and identifying new markets to enter.
- Conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities and partners.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with prospects and clients via email, phone, and in person.
- Field inbound inquiries.
- Perform cold call outreach.
- Coordinate and arrange client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, pitches, and RFP submissions for prospective clients.
- Write and distribute agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
- Maintain client databases (CRM) and mailing lists.
- Track submitted proposals and provide feedback to management, including weekly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Coordinate with the Marketing & PR Team to support Business Development efforts.
- Represent the firm at industry functions and build external networking relationships.
- Provide administrative and scheduling support.
Preferred Qualifications
- A background in sales or marketing is strongly desirable.
