Requirements

  • Demonstrated high level acumen in healthcare markets
  • Thorough grasp the impact of regulations on products, distributors and consumers
  • Full understanding of how to drive successful deployment in the healthcare market
  • Strong presentation skills – ability to write, teach and present technical content to industry experts such as Administrators, Infection Preventionists, Epidemiologists, Clinicians and Environmental Services personnel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in data analytics
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required, emphasis in Marketing or Business preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in a senior sales/marketing position is required
  • 5+ years of healthcare market experience
  • Ability to travel up to 35%

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated business development plan for expanding in acute care and other healthcare markets, including target identification, winning strategies, and tactical execution.
  • Manage engagement and investment with key industry associations, including HIDA, APIC, IPAC Canada, AORN, and AHE, to drive brand visibility, thought leadership, and market influence.
  • Leverage and grow strategic partnerships and channel relationships to expand market share, accelerate growth, and maximize profitability.
  • Direct initiatives to gather and integrate voice of customer insights, collaborating with portfolio marketing, infection prevention experts, and sales leaders to develop and deploy winning value propositions and training programs.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive intelligence, and organizational capabilities to inform strategy and differentiate offerings in the marketplace.
  • Manage partnerships with select vendor partners to drive innovation, co-develop solutions, and capture new growth opportunities.
  • Oversee healthcare marketing initiatives with channel partners and GPOs to enhance demand generation, customer engagement, and market penetration.
  • Manage and optimize budget allocations and overall spend to maximize return on investment and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • B2B sales/marketing background and experience
  • Digital marketing / e-commerce / social media experience is preferred
  • Prior sales and key account management or other customer facing experience is preferred
