- 3-5 years of direct experience in a product management or related role preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision and strategies with the partnership of the executive team.
- Assist in prioritizing ongoing initiatives based on market research, customer feedback, and internal business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, support, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Own any software development requirements related to their product(s).
- Define and document detailed product requirements and specifications.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch analysis.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters.
- Set, monitor, and optimize KPIs to ensure performance and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Mobility, IoT, Managed Services & Applications, Connected Laptop.
