Requirements

  • Experience in full cycle sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and onboarding partners in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Existing relationships in the e-commerce space.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and other relevant tools for managing partner relationships and tracking performance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the business development and sales process including outbound prospecting, follow up, proposal delivery, and closing.
  • Research and identify potential partners including e-commerce businesses, subscription box services, and retailers who could benefit from our package insert program.
  • Develop outreach lists and strategy while tracking progress via Hubspot.
  • Initiate contact with prospective partners through various channels such as email, phone calls, and networking events.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and how our program can add value to their business.
  • Lead negotiations with prospective partners, addressing any concerns or objections they may have and highlighting the benefits of partnering with us.
  • Manage the NDA and contract negotiation process and ensure agreements are finalized promptly.
  • Work closely with the brand partners to facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our program requirements and how to effectively launch and maintain a package insert program with HelloFresh.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with partners to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and support requests.
  • Monitor partner performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies to maximize partner success and drive program growth.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate campaign execution.
