Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years experience in high-touch partner management, growth & distribution partnerships, or business development roles.
Responsibilities
- Identify & develop a pipeline of new partnership opportunities to improve acquisition or retention of Premium subscribers, communicating them effectively internally and externally.
- Lead revenue-oriented partnerships end to end, from ideation and outreach, through sizing and business case development, through execution and ongoing optimizations.
- Lead relationships with partnering brands in categories such as mobile network operators, Software as a Service providers, retailers, banks, gift card distributors, and streaming services.
- Partner manage, program manage, and grow existing relationships, integrations, and deals with some of LinkedIn’s largest consumer & SMB-oriented partners.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional leaders in Product, Legal, Engineering, Marketing, PR, Finance, and others to effectively define, launch, manage, and measure partnerships for maximum impact.
- Reporting and measurement: Manage process for and approach to tracking partner and program impact.
- Gather industry, peer, and partner insights to inform broader team strategy.
- Ability to use data-driven approaches to develop new partnerships, initiatives, and revenue streams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and leading subscription growth partnerships with large consumer and/or SMB brands.
- Experience with budget management as a part of partner campaigns, prioritizing fund distribution based on return on investment.
- Experience working on revenue growth partnerships for a global product with a Freemium model, upselling to a paid subscription.
- Project management experience, such as initiative launches and management of key initiatives with cross functional teams.
- High-level familiarity with marketing channels and their relevant impact to a customer acquisition funnel.
- Comfortable working independently under both internal and external deadlines to produce key deliverables.
