Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in a sales organization (preferably B2B with a quick sales cycle)
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business or marketing is preferred.
  • An enthusiastic and personable attitude that fosters strong connections with customers.
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively to hit targets
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply prospecting processes with limited oversight
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and common sales objections.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new customer leads in the small to mid-size business (SMB) space by researching companies and individuals that align with this ideal customer profile.
  • Leverage additional technologies such as social media, text, and email to generate a high volume of outbound calls from in-house and self-generated leads.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new customers, obtain a current processing statement, and transition qualified leads to the Solutions Specialist team.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Specialists to create custom solutions for small business owners
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by nurturing self-sourced leads to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Participate in continuous team and individual training to improve prospecting, outreach, and conversion.
