Requirements

  • Have 0 to 12 months experience with SaaS sales space in Business Development
  • Be able to manage a large number of accounts and work cohesively with AE’s
  • Have experience in communicating with C-Level by phone and email
  • Be empathic and have positive energy
  • Be comfortable with process and ambiguity. We are still growing and learning as a company.
  • Have experience in picking up and explaining ideas and processes to business decision-makers and champion
  • Be knowledgeable in tools of the trade i.e. Hubspot, Zoominfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Outreach

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with Marketing and Sales to deliver introductory meetings and opportunities
  • Building and nurturing relationships with your prospects to drive interest and awareness for Workvivo
  • Engaging prospects through carefully crafted sales cadences via outreach by Telephone, Email, LinkedIn and Video
  • Sharing stories of how customers are already using Workvivo
  • Developing a deep understanding of the buyer persona and buying journey to improve our outbound sales campaigns
  • Reporting to leadership on data insights and make recommendations for improvements.
