Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in sales development, business development, or related field
- Understanding of enterprise software sales cycles; martech/adtech experience a plus
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate value proposition effectively
- Resilient, self-motivated approach to prospecting and handling objections
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential prospects in target markets and industries
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leads
- Qualify opportunities through discovery calls and pass vetted prospects to New Business Leads
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing team to leverage campaigns and content for outreach
- Track and report on key metrics including outreach activity, response rates, and meetings set
- Support New Business Leads with account research and pre-sales materials
