Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College required.
  • At least 6-12 months prior work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be comfortable speaking with financial professionals and executives
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain productivity, making outbound calls every day
  • Ability to publicly represent Visual Lease and CoStar Group with internal and external customers, partners & alliances, and at events and seminars.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers

Responsibilities

  • Represent Visual Lease by being the first point of contact for new prospects
  • Evaluate prospect quality and potential for future sales. Determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward, ensure timely follow up from the senior sales executives
  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
  • Support sales teams on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
  • Identify challenges when speaking with prospects and provide practical solutions
  • Promote positive insights to prospects as a product knowledge specialist and advise on the advantages of our product
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
  • Schedule calls and demos for the sales team
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS products or in the software industry
  • Strong work ethic and eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • Passion to work as a team player
  • Highly organized and excellent follow-through
  • Experience with Salesforce
