Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in professional services or law firm business development
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Collegial, collaborative, and team player attributes
- Self-starter who can handle high-pressure environments
- Strong to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Some knowledge of applications specific to the legal field
Responsibilities
- Working with lawyers in assigned practices to execute business development plans, initiatives and activities
- Creating, customizing and regularly updating pitch documents, directory submissions and other marketing content
- Monitoring business, legal and geopolitical news for potential opportunities
- Assisting with business development tasks related to onboarding and integration of assigned lateral partners
- Executing and conducting follow up with respect to client events and webinars, as well as other thought leadership campaigns
- Other duties as assigned
