Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a desire for a career in sales.
- Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to quickly adapt to change and frequently shift gears.
- Self-starter who takes initiative.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Ability to navigate their way around and be resourceful.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel up to 20%.
- This is a Safety Sensitive Position.
Responsibilities
- Learn the sales process from the Executive Vice President during a 12 to 18-month timeframe – thereafter moving on to specific sales territory at Triumvirate.
- Consistently research Fortune 500 accounts.
- Learn to sell all of Triumvirate’s service lines.
- Learn to strategize and work on various business ventures/big projects.
- Assist the sales team in all related work and business development.
- Own data collection projects and learn the account discovery process.
- Assist with the growth of Fortune 500 accounts, nationally.
- Develop communication and selling skills.
- Travel to prospective and current client meetings, locally and nationally.
