Requirements
- ETL and Data Pipeline Development – Build and optimize data pipelines for efficient extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using SQL, from sources like SFDC, ServiceNow, Keyedin and other internal data sources.
- Data Structuring and Integration – Analyze and structure raw data for efficient processing and storage; integrate source application fields into a Data Warehouse, ideally using Snaplogic.
- Expertise in Snowflake for data architecture and database management.
- Data Visualization and Reporting – Develop impactful visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced Analytics and Insights – Analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions to optimize business performance and decision-making.
- Process Optimization and Automation – Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including infrastructure scaling, optimizing data delivery, and automating workflows.
- Data Integrity and Best Practices – Ensure adherence to analytics best practices, maintain data accuracy, and proactively investigate and resolve data-related issues.
- Dashboard Development and Enhancement – Expand and refine Tableau dashboards, enhance reporting processes, and centralize reporting repositories.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with stakeholders across leadership, including Advanced Services, Technical Services, Customer Success, Operations, CX, Product, and Data Engineering teams, to support data infrastructure needs.
- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) – Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and visual exploration of data to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
- Analytical Tool Development – Build analytical solutions to improve key business metrics, including operational efficiency, productivity, and customer acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications
- AI/ML Knowledge (Desired) – Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and experience in designing, building, and optimizing machine learning models for predictive analytics (Data Science) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning is a plus.
- Experience in Advanced Services/Professional Services operations is a plus.
