Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data handling
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel; experience with Python or SQL is a plus
- Ability to synthesize research findings into concise written summaries
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Research multifamily property listings and input relevant data into internal tracking systems
- Organize, clean, and update datasets related to pricing trends, competitor analysis, and unit availability
- Prepare preliminary market summaries and reports to support deal evaluations
- Assist in the preparation of internal memos, pitch decks, and other business development documents
- Coordinate communications with property managers, brokers, and internal stakeholders under the guidance of senior team members
- Track outreach and follow-ups using established templates and CRM tools
- Support the maintenance of due diligence documentation for active projects
- Perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth deal pipeline operations
