Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Business, or related degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics.
- At least 4 years of dashboard development experience in both Tableau and Power BI.
- At least 4 years of experience leveraging SQL for data analysis and performance tuning.
- At least 4 years of experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
- Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
- Must be comfortable with big data and how to efficiently leverage for reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Business Intelligence solutions.
- Manage the design and development of dashboards that monitor key performance indicators and drive business decisions.
- Drive process improvements through the management of Business Intelligence tools, reporting, visualization capabilities, and automation.
- Monitor new technology and data visualization techniques related to Business Intelligence.
- Assisting in conversion of legacy reports (AlteryX/Tableau) to newer tools (Microsoft Fabric/Power BI)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing them as they work.
- Experience with Python and Spark preferred.
