Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in management consulting or business operations
- At home with data: You’re totally at ease digging into data, especially with SQL, Python, and Excel
- Deep understanding of B2B, sales-led motions, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Excellent presentation skills, especially as it relates to complex analyses that need to be translated to a broader audience
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality financial and business performance reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency across teams
- Support Sales and Finance leadership in quarterly strategy planning, including forecasting and financial metric analysis
- Collaborate with leadership to set financial goals, monitor performance against targets, and provide actionable recommendations
- Partner with data and engineering teams to develop automated data reporting and analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce admin
