Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong track record across sales, marketing, or other go-to-market roles
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and operate with high ownership
- Comfortable managing multiple roles at once across functions and seniority levels
- Creative and resourceful sourcer who builds tight pipelines with high signal
- Clear communicator, trusted partner, and strong internal operator
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across sales, marketing, and other go-to-market teams
- Partner with hiring managers to define search strategies, shape process, and calibrate on what great looks like
- Source, engage, and close high-performing candidates across a range of business roles
- Use data to identify friction points in pipeline or process and iterate quickly
- Deliver a thoughtful, candidate-first experience from outreach to offer
- Contribute to broader recruiting team strategy, tooling, and process as we scale
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Greenhouse and Gem is a plus
