Requirements
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
- Strong service orientation
- Customer service experience
- Basic math skills
- Interest in learning how businesses operate
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability and desire to work in a team-oriented environment
- Must be a Junior or Senior with a minimum of 3.0 GPA
Responsibilities
- Foster positive relationships with other Redwood Credit Union employees.
- Support the Business Services team.
- Collaborate on projects in Business Services to help streamline processes.
- Partner with other business lines to integrate with Business Services.
- Interact with business owners over the phone.
