Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years’ related experience. An additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
  • Demonstrated SAFe Agile experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with a Federal Customer.
  • Have at least ONE of the following certifications: CAP, CASP+ CE, CCISO, CCNA-Security, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), CISSP (or Associate), CND, CSSLP, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, GSLC, Security+ CE, SSCP, PPDA, Agile IC, SNOW App Dev
  • U.S. Citizenship required with an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate frequently with stakeholders to collect requirements, and document user stories in an Agile planning tool such as JIRA.
  • Assess existing Epics, Features, and User Stories for completeness and alignment to organization Mission and Vision and decompose further as needed.
  • Work closely with multiple Agile scrum teams, with the ability to navigate stakeholders through uncertain technical needs or approaches.
  • Support organizational SAFe Agile implementation, with focus on fully capturing Epics, Features, and User Stories through iterative Agile process.
  • Support PI Planning sessions.
  • Brief senior leaders on the status and needs of Agile teams.
  • Broaden coordination and dialogue with other federal teams and organizations to ensure optimal use of limited outreach resources.
  • Ensure that customer products, services, and capabilities continuously improve to better meet current and future customer requirements.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of customer feedback mechanisms and implement improvements with operational products and services.
  • Support the development of performance metrics and goals.
  • Develop, track, and maintain metrics, as required.
  • Conduct program assessment and analysis to streamline administrative processes and enhance team operations to improve program efficiency.
  • Track and document team activities, accomplishments, and deliverables on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Contribute to the development of workflow documentation (e.g., standard operating procedures, work instructions).
  • Assist in the formulation and coordination of input to formal and informal taskers.
  • Document new and/or unique support requirements and create plans to address them.
  • Developing Talking Points.
  • Support administrative tasks such as note taking.
  • General administrative tasks.
  • Development and maintenance of spreadsheets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active DoS – Department of State – agency clearance.
  • SAFe Agile certification.
  • Experience with cybersecurity programs.
