Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst (or equivalent role)
- Salesforce Administrator and Business System Analyst Certifications
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and DocuSign
- Deep understanding of Quote to Cash, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Month end/year end business processes
- Proficient knowledge in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Demonstrated command of working cross functionally
- Develop functional specifications and system design specifications
Responsibilities
- Business requirement gathering and management of related technical requirements
- Ownership of business outcomes through quality testing (QA and UAT)
- Documenting system processes and technical solutions
- Relationship building with business stakeholders and IT development teams
- Possessing a clear understanding of project disciplines around the development lifecycle
- Communicating and documenting changes through development to ensure full adoption
- Strong experience in providing recommendations to enhance Salesforce application user experience, platform utilization, and alignment with organization strategy, while reducing technical debt, and advocating for utilizing best practices in deployments, data management, testing, and development processes
Preferred Qualifications
- CPQ experience preferred
- Additional preferred system experience: Jira, SQL/SOQL, NetSuite and FinancialForce
- Clear written and presentation communication skills
