Requirements

  • 7 or more years of in house experience supporting HR technology implementation and configuration between users, BAs/PMs, and technical teams
  • Demonstrated experience implementing, configuring, and/or maintaining Oracle HCM and other cloud solutions
  • Strong background in project management or business analysis in the context of cloud solution deployments
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently

Responsibilities

  • Be a critical advisor and executor during our global implementation of Oracle HCM
  • Work with technology teams to bring requirements to life and configure solutions for our multidisciplinary HR organization
  • Manage and execute the configuration, customization, and integration of HR systems, ensuring that they meet company standards and employee needs
  • Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal system performance
  • Help develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for HR system implementations
  • Conduct data analysis to extract insights that drive strategic HR decision-making and process improvement
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new systems and processes
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HR systems and processes
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain the security of HR information systems
